Redknapp has advised Frank Lampard.

Former manager Harry Redknapp has advised Frank Lampard to bring in an older. More experienced player to join his team at Coventry football.

Lampard returned to management after a year-and-a-half layoff with the Championship side. Having played out a 2-2 draw at home to Cardiff on Saturday. And Redknapp has some advice for his nephew about taking on the job UFABET

“If I could give one piece of advice to Frank Lampard coming back into management. It would be to hire some smart, older people into his backroom staff.” Harry said. “Not me, I’ve been there. But someone with a little bit more experience than him, he’s easy to talk to.”

“When I went to Portsmouth, I brought Jim Smith in. I was an experienced manager at the time. But he was brilliant for me.”

“Frank has a tough job at Coventry and having someone of his age in the squad to help him would be a big help. But respect to Frank for getting back into the game, he always has a lot to bring.”

“His football knowledge is vast and his reputation as a player and the way he conducts himself. As a player will hopefully have a positive impact on the team.”

“It’s about getting the right job. For example, people wait for Wayne Rooney to fail at every job. But he went to Plymouth and even though it was a big club they didn’t have the money.”

“They almost got promoted last season, Wayne was against that from the start. However, I’ve spoken to him and talked about football and he has the qualities to be a great manager.”

“You just need the right club at the right time.”
